The restaurant Vi Cool Ibiza, the most informal concept of the famous Chef Sergi Arola, is made up of traditional tapas with new and fresh features originally presented in a modern way. The famous 'Bravas de Arola' or the Fried prawns with curry and mint are some of the tasty proposals that can now be enjoyed in the new restaurant in Santa Eulalia, Ibiza, by the Michelin Star award-winning Chef.

Alabastro, in the hotel lobby, offers a varied menu to enjoy outdoor by the pool or indoors, with healthy dishes made with ingredients from the island including snacks, carpaccios, salads or fresh fish. At night, it has a more elaborate menu with delicious Mediterranean-inspired dishes which the chef, Aitor Monteagud, blends perfectly with the Ibizan cuisine.

Our cocktail bar is located on the hotel's rooftop and open daily from 10.30 am to 02 am, with a design that merges styles from innovative features such as pergolas boat rope to more local items such as Huguet ceramics floor. Our suggestion to end the day is to taste one of our delicious cocktails while enjoying the sea breeze. An extensive menu that leaves no one indifferent for cocktails as special as the Ibiza Sling or the Romero y Julieta. In addition, we have a wine menu chosen by the sommelier Iván Talens, with the best references on the island.

Oligo, with an impeccable Mediterranean style, offers a help-yourself breakfast buffet. The restaurant is located on the ground floor of the hotel in an airy space filled with natural light plus a large terrace. In Oligo we can find such a large selection of sweets, fresh fruit, cold cuts, salads, small samples, smoked products, all kinds of juices and champagne.
