Ruta de la Sal This team competition emulates the famous regatta organized in 1846 to transport salt from Salinas Pitiusas to Barcelona, in a desperate attempt to provide the city with salt during the Carlist army siege. The different teams will transport their salt cargo in sailing ships. Each crew, captained by proffesionals, will have to work in perfect synchronization and seamlessly to reach the finish line first. The first team will recieve an afternoon's worth of treatments as prize, and finalists get to celebrate a team dinner. |
