Air Ibiza offers an elaborate fusion of Japanese and Mediterranean cuisine. The restuarant is located on the roof terrace and has stunning views across Santa Eulalia´s bay. Based around the principles and philosophy of Feng Shui, Air Ibiza combines minimalist and modern decoration whilst retaining a feeling of warmth. Its gastronomy is based around an original mix of both exotic and traditional flavours, merging Japanese products and recipes with local ingredients from the island. We recommend dishes like Vineyard peach gazpacho, tofu, cilantro and mizu sprouts; Gyutataki of Wagyu sirloin, onion, miso sauce and ratafia; or Matcha tea ice cream. Furthermore Air Ibiza offers a carefully selected list of national and international wines; or you can try authentic Japanese sake if you want. After dining, the Scuba Bar is an excellent place to relax with a cocktail and take in the sea views and music.
